I am an art and film historian, script consultant and author of both fiction and non fiction work.

I love stories, be they in a painting, on the screen, or in a book and I am particularly drawn to those which go to the heart of the matter, examine what is behind the façade, what is hidden and shine a light.

I want to use language to open doors:  to reach out to my reader and draw them into worlds of discovery, with narratives that are dramatic and psychologically acute and in a style which is immersive and intriguing.
